John Padesky
Associate
John Padesky joined the firm as an Associate in 2017. John practices in several areas of civil litigation, with a primary focus on insurance defense. While in law school, John was the Executive Articles Editor of the John Marshall Law Journal. He also competed in two Moot Court competitions, won an award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy, and won two CALI awards for the top grade in his Pretrial Practice & Procedure and Advanced Appellate Advocacy courses. John graduated cum laude, with a top ten class ranking. Before entering the legal profession, John gained significant experience in the corporate world, working in a management role in the financial services industry. John also obtained an MBA from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, where he won an award for his capstone project.
A native of Michigan, John enjoys cheering on Detroit sports teams and the University of Michigan Wolverines. He also enjoys reading, running, and doing anything outdoors.
