M. Boyd Jones, a partner with the law firm of Busch & Reed, P.C., specializes in
all aspects of general business, commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Jones
has extensive experience investigating and defending sureties on both public and
private construction projects throughout the State of Georgia. He also has extensive
experience with commercial collection and defending third-party insurance property
and casualty claims involving construction defects and mold.
Mr. Jones received a B.S. degree and graduated cum laude from Kennesaw State University
in 1994 and graduated in 1998 from the Cumberland School of Law located at Samford
University in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Jones worked for Swift, Currie, McGhee &
Hiers, LLP before relocating his practice to Marietta, Georgia and joining the law
firm of Busch & Reed, P.C. in September 2008.
